I had an unusual problem, but Sam at Colinette was incredibly helpful and great to communicate with. I had run out of yarn in the middle of a project. Sam sent numerous photos, and we went back and forth over email until the right yarns were selected and ordered. My order arrived from the UK to the US 10 days ago, and I have been happily knitting away, combining and replacing bits of the old yarn with the new. The yarn is beautiful, and it matches well with the old skeins. The colors are gorgeous, and the wool is lovely in my hands. I was a little disappointed I’ve bought the same wool before and it was much thicker
