I am extremely happy with the care and personal attention I was afforded by Colette Yarns. They did not have enough of the yarn I ordered so they phoned me and offered me a substitute as well as fulfilling my original order as a complementary additional service. Both yarns were beautiful, and exactly what I wanted. The quality of Colinette's yarns, and the subtlety of their hand dyeing, makes these wools a joy to work with. I only buy Colinette now as I love the range.At present I am knitting mohair which is the finest quality I have found anywhere.Add to this the packaging which is a pleasure to receive and opening the box, to find tissue wrapped gorgeous coloured wool is a good start to the day!
