Basically bamboo and wool rock. So many of you love working with our ART yarn and mention how soft the bamboo and wool blend is. So listening to your positive feedback we have used this same blend to make a super soft DK yarn. So dust off your DK patterns or download something fresh it’s time to start a DK revival Red Panda style.
We dye our yarns in small batches in our dye workshop in Wilshire, UK. Colours may vary from skein to skein, even within the same dye-lot. This is part of the charm of a hand painted yarn. If you buy more than one then we will do our best to match them as closely as possible. We take great care in photographing our yarns, but some colours may vary slightly.

Take wool for example, always eager and ready to drink up the colours, but bamboos, viscose, and cottons need a little time to think things over. All these reactions and responses play out in font of my eyes as I hand-dye the yarn, and when the heat recedes and all the shades absorbed, a colour is born.
