All our yarns are hand painted, if chosen items are in stock we ship without delay. If items are custom colours or out of stock then our lead time is 3-4 weeks (if you order other items at the same time they will not ship until the custom yarn is ready)

We dye our yarns in small batches in our dye workshop in Stamford, UK. Colours may vary from skein to skein, even within the same dye-lot. This is part of the charm of a hand painted yarn. If you buy more than one then we will do our best to match them as closely as possible. We take great care in photographing our yarns, but some colours may vary slightly. Because of the nature of the product and the fact that we hand paint our yarns to order we regret that there are NO RETURNS.
