I love love love your products. The wool came well packaged each in its own little box enveloped in beautifully wrapped tissue paper. As I opened each box I was amazed by the assortment of wool. It was like birthday and Christmas all at once!
I am a slow knitter and so I am trying to up a gear so I can use them in my swoncho!
Customer service is fine but I feel the website could have a tweak as I found myself scrolling a lot back up to the top. So something as easy as a button to take you back up would help.

Can you interchange the yarns?
Not all of them. You can interchange the mohair skeins with mohair. You can interchange the jitterbug with the jitterbug skeins. Etc.. But you cant swap a yarn type.
Is there enough yarn to make the shawl?
Yes there is enough to make the shawl shown with yarn to spare. We always try to add extra to allow for differing knitting styles.
What is the size of the Shawl?
Approx 160cm in diameter
Are the kits hard to make?
Colinette believes in keeping things nice and easy. So don't panic it is very much a project that will get finished
What size knitting needles?
Generally the pattern uses 8mm knitting needles but the information will be included in the booklet.
