We find it a highly workable double knit indeed, and freely recommend it for any type of project. The bamboo gives the yarn a sweet shine that goes nicely with its softness. All our yarns are hand painted to order and the current lead time is 2-3 weeks (if you order other items at the same time they will not ship until the custom yarn is ready)

We dye our yarns in small batches in our dye workshop in Stamford, UK. Colours may vary from skein to skein, even within the same dye-lot. This is part of the charm of a hand painted yarn. If you buy more than one then we will do our best to match them as closely as possible. We take great care in photographing our yarns, but some colours may vary slightly.
